A planning application has been submitted for the bulk of the remaining Cobham Gate Development site Vulcan Way, Ferndown Industrial Estate. The application proposes 26 units totalling 17,988 m2 (193,550 sq ft) of employments use with 255 car parking spaces. This includes more small units that shown in the original proposal. Details of the application can be downloaded from here which is a link is specific to Ferndown and Uddens BID. There you may also submit your response online which must be submitted by the 20 November 2019. The BID Board is due to consider its response to the application at its meeting on the 14th November so if you wish the Board to reflect your views please submit your comments to office@ferndownanduddens.co.uk by 12.00 noon on Thursday 14th November.
