After having seen first-hand the difficulties and challenges that families can face looking after loved ones from home and the lack of support available for full-time family member carers, Tender Hearted Limited was born in May 2017. An agency set up, not only to provide quality care to the service user, but also support the family members needs, both physically and mentally. This would in turn provide a higher standard of care from the family and continue to allow a person-centred care package to be offered in the comfort of the service users home. Tender Hearted Limited was founded by Ghebriel Kiflom and Sibongile Kiflom. Sibongile Kiflom has had over 20 years of care experience and is passionate about providing excellent, bespoke care. The company is based in Dorset, with their head office in Ferndown. Tender Hearted Limited is a small agency currently looking after and supporting service users and their families in Poole and the surrounding areas.
