4Com was established in 1999 with the aim of improving the communications services of the UK’s SME market. At that time we were based in Salisbury and in the years since we have also had offices in Southampton as well as our current Headquarters in Bournemouth, Dorset. Our Chairman and MD, Daron Hutt, founded the company and a number of our directors joined in the first few years and have worked their way up to their current positions. We have grown both considerably and consistently since 1999, to the point where we have nearly 300 staff based at our Head Office, with more on the road in installation and support roles.
