The Ferndown & Uddens BID is administered by a Board of 10 members who are business people based on the estates. Board members volunteer their time to achieve the best results for the investments into making the estates the best place to do business. There is no individual liability involved in the role.
The time commitment involved in this vital community activity is minimal involving attending Board meetings of about one and a half hours six times a year.
Participants should be senior decision makers in the business which could be of any size but must be located within the BID area comprising the Ferndown and Uddens Industrial estates.
The Board is supported by a paid manager who enacts the Boards decisions.
